It pairs JSB Capital's decades of hands-on operating experience with the cross-border practice Ativore Asset has carried forward since 2012 — institutional governance under a fiduciary mandate. It exists to give institutional, family-office and qualified private investors institutional-quality access to U.S. real estate — proximity to the asset and fiduciary discipline, in a single co-branded vehicle.

Serving global investors since 2012, Ativore Asset is the independent investment manager that raises and structures the capital, then governs it: an independent Investment Committee re-underwrites and selects each opportunity deal by deal — +90 investments approved across diversified funds and single trophy deals — with the standing to decline any deal. Because it is paid by investors, never by the operator, its judgment stays aligned with yours, through the full cycle to reporting.
