JSB Ativore Real Estate is a joint venture between Ativore Asset (investment manager) and JSB Capital (operating partner) for U.S. real estate. Personal data submitted through this website is controlled by the joint venture's partner entities. Ativore Asset, as the investment manager responsible for investor relations, acts as the primary controller for data relating to prospective and existing investors; JSB Capital acts as controller for data relating to its U.S. operations. This policy explains how personal data submitted through this website is handled.

Information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, telephone number, country of residence, company and any message submitted via the contact or investor-access forms — and limited technical data collected automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and aggregate usage analytics.

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, to evaluate and communicate with prospective and existing investors, to operate, secure and improve the website, and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. The lawful bases for this processing are your consent (where you submit a form), the performance of pre-contractual and contractual steps taken at your request, our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website, and compliance with legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering and know-your-client requirements applicable to investor onboarding.
4. Sharing & cross-border transfers
Personal data may be shared with the joint venture's partner entities (Ativore Asset and JSB Capital), their service providers and professional advisers, and may be processed in jurisdictions including the United States and Brazil.
