This website (ativore.com) is operated by Ativore Global Holding LTD ("Ativore", "we"), the institutional parent of Ativore Asset, JSB Ativore and Shield Tax Global Advisors. Ativore Global Holding LTD is the controller of personal data collected through this website. This notice covers this website only; the group firms maintain their own privacy practices for their respective activities and channels.
2. What we collect
- Contact data you provide — if you write to us (e.g., institutional@ativore.com), we receive your name, email address and the content of your message.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) and, where you consent, analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads). See our Cookie Notice for details and to manage your preferences.
This website does not offer products or services, does not host investor onboarding and does not request financial or sensitive personal data.
3. Why we process it
- To respond to your inquiries (legitimate interest / procedimento preliminar a pedido do titular).
- To operate, secure and improve the website (legitimate interest).
- To comply with legal obligations applicable to the group.
4. Sharing
Inquiries may be routed to the relevant group firm (Ativore Asset, JSB Ativore or Shield Tax Global Advisors) so that the appropriate team can respond. We use service providers (hosting, email, analytics) under contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
